As per latest reports in the media, the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) Kerala is likely to declare the Plus One result 2021 today, on November 24, 2021, by 4 pm.
Leading daily Times of India has just now reported, citing official sources, that DHSE Kerala will announce the result of plus one (+1) 2021 examinations today, by 4 pm.
The result will be published online, and can be accessed via login. In order to check the results, students will need their roll number and date of birth. Students who had appeared in the exams will be able to login with their credentials and check their marks. In addition, if the Department issues the results on app, then students will also be able to access their results via the official app. In the past years, apps like PRD Live, Saphalam, and iExams were used to publish results on mobile platforms.
While there is no official notification for the result date and time yet, reputed newspapers have cited sources about this information. Until yesterday, there were unverified reports doing the rounds on social media that the result will be announced yesterday. Today’s reports in major newspapers are the first to indicate that the result will be announced today, by 4 pm.
Going against the students demands, the DHSE Kerala had held exams for plus one i.e. class 11th students in offline mode, from September 24 to October 18, 2021. More than 4 lakh students had appeared in the exams. A month and one week later, results of the exams are all set to be published. Kerala plus one result 2021 will be published on two websites – dhsekerala.gov.in, and keralaresults.nic.in.
Earlier in the year, DHSE Kerala had announced +2 results on July 29. The results were also published on Saphalam, iExams for plus two. In the plus two results, 87.94% students had passed.
Last year, the announcement of Kerala plus one results were made by the then State Education Minister C Raveendranath. This time, it is not certain whether the minister shall play a key role in the result announcement, or whether the results will be directly announced on the website. It is also relevant to note that the results were also announced on these websites last time – results.kite.kerala.gov.in, results.itschool.gov.in, and prd.kerala.gov.in. The pass percentage was 85.1% as 3.19 lakh students had passed whereas 3.75 lakh had appeared. It was a 0.77% improvement over last time, as in 2019, the pass percentage stood at 84.33%.
