Department of Pre-University Education (DPUE), Karnataka has recently released the time tables for 1st and 2nd PUC also known as 11th and 12th class Pre University Course dates sheet. As per Karnataka 1st PUC time table 2020, exams are going to start from February 10, 2020 until February 20, 2020, and exams for 2nd PUC are starting from March 04, 2020 and going to commence till March 23, 2020.
Both the time tables for class 11th and class 12th are released on the official website of Department of Pre University Education (DPUE) Karnataka which is pue.kar.nic.in. Lets first have a look at details about the class 11th time table from here.
Candidates appearing for classs 11th Karnataka Board exam will have to give some exam in two different shifts. The are scheduled in two sessions. One in morning sessions starting from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm and other is in evening sessions timings of which are from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
Class 11th exams are starting from February 10, 2020 with its first paper as hindi in the morning shift and and urdu and sanskrit in the evening session. According to the date sheet there are are no gap days between any two examination except a day break off on Feb16 due to a weekly off i.e sunday. So the chronological order of the papers are Feb 11 geography, mathematics in morning shift and logic education home science in the evening shift. On Feb 12 exams in morning shifts are sociology, biology, geology and in evening [sychology. Feb 13 it is english, on Feb 14: business studies and chemistry. On Feb 15: political science and statistics. On Feb 17: Morning shift exams- Opt. kannada, accountancy, physics and for evening shifts- karnataka music, hindustani music, information tech, retail, automobile, health care, beauty & wellness. On Feb 18: history, electronics, computer science. On Feb 19: kannada, tamil, telugu, malyalayam, marathi, arabic, french. And last papers is on Feb 20 of economics.
Along with these dates fro practical examination has alos been released on the website. So befor the starting of the theory exams they have to appear for prcatical exams starting from January 02, 2020 to January 10, 2020. According to the latest updated on the website there are two date sheets that have been released. One is for preparatory exam dates and oher one is for final examination time table. The former is starting from Jan. 10-21, 2020 and the latter is commencing from March 04-23,2020. It is a 3 hours examination starting from 10:15 am to 1:30 pm.
Starting on March 4 first paper is of history, physics or basic maths. On Mar 5 – tamil, telugu, malayalam, marathi, arabic or french. Mar 6 – karnatak music, hindustani music. Mar 7 – business studies, sociology, chemistry. Mar 9 – information technology, retail, automobile, Healthcare, beauty and wellness. Mar 10 – urdu. Mar 11 – optional kannada, accountancy, mathematics. Mar 12 – geopgraphy. Mar 13 – education. Mar 14- psychology, electronics, computer science. Mar 16 – logic, geology, home science. Mar 17 – economics, biology. Mar 18 – hindi. Mar 19 – Kannada. Mar 20 – sanskrit. Mar 21- political science and statistics and the last paper is on Mar 23, 2020, of english.

Now as it is clear from the time tables that students need to prepare well for all the subjects well in advance because except sundays there is no day off between two papers. So it is advised that they can start with the segragation of the topics as: topics known and topics to be prepared. Start with the latter one with specifying deadlines to them. Apart from strategically planning for completing the syllabus it is also equally important for the students to take good care of their body and health. At last all what matters is the health of the students to excel the exams with flying marks.
