The online application window for the Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme or TES 46 closes today, i.e. November 08, 2021. Candidates who desire to apply can do so via joinindianarmy.nic.in. The applications are invited from unmarried male candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with PCM and have also appeared for JEE Main 2021 examination. Moreover, the candidate must not be born before July 02, 2002, and not after July 01, 2005. Before submitting the application form, it is advised to go through the official notification available on the official website.

Applications will have to be submitted online only. To know how to submit one, take a look at the steps given below.
Step 1- Firstly, go to the official website – joinindianarmy.nic.in
Step 2- Click on the register button on the homepage and enter the relevant details i.e. Adhaar card, candidate’s details, DOB, email address, and mobile number to make a new registration
Step 3- Specify the OTP that will be sent to the mobile number to confirm registration
Step 4- Now, enter personal details, educational qualification, marital status, contact details, username, and password along with captcha code and save the details
Step 5- In the end, cross-check the details mentioned on the TES 46 application form and save the application form.
Once the candidate has successfully submitted the form, a confirmation in the form of a dialog box of having submitted the application. They can then take a printout of the application with a Roll number after 30 mins of closing of online applications. Please take note that candidates are required to print two copies of the application with Roll Number generated by the system. Further, one copy of the printout must be duly self-attested by the candidate and has to be carried to the selection center for the SSB interview. However, the second copy is to be retained by the candidate for their reference. Candidates will not have to send any hard copy of the application printout to the Directorate General of Recruiting.
It must be noted that the entire selection process of TES 46 involves PET, interview round, and screening round. Physical Efficiency Test or PET is the first round of the selection process and candidates need to qualify the same. The second stage is a screening round which will have five sub-rounds namely screening round, psychological test, GTO, personal interview, and conference. It must be noted that the official notification has listed 90 vacancies. But the number is provisional and subject to change given the training capacity at the Training Academy.
