Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has made available the admit card for the exams to the post of Assistant Compiler and others on its official website. The exam will be conducted from December 20, 2021, to January 12, 2022. Candidates who have registered for the exam are required to visit the official website of JKSSB jkssb.nic.in to download their admit card.
The steps to download the admit card are as follows:
Step 1: Go to the official website of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) jkssb.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the notification citing Admit Card/ Hall Ticket for Computer Based Test.
Step 3: Enter the login credentials such as registration number and date of birth and submit.
Step 4: Download the Admit Card and take a printout.
The candidates must carry along with them two recent passport size photographs and any valid ID proofs such as Aadhar card, passport, PAN card, voter ID card, or driving license for the verification process. Candidates must ensure that all the details provided in the admit card are correct and must contact the officials immediately in case of any discrepancy.
The JKSSB Assistant Compiler examination will have two steps in the selection process. The Written Examination stage and the Document Verification stage.
The written examination will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) divided into different sections based on different topics. The sections include General English, General Mathematics, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, General Knowledge with special reference to JK, Mental Ability Test, History, Civics, Geography, and General Science.

Different sections will have a varying number of questions. The total marks obtained in the exam will be converted proportionally into 100 marks by the board.
The second step in the JKSSB Assistant Compiler Examination is the document verification process. The candidates who clear this step successfully will get selected for the posts. While appearing for the document verification, the candidates should carry the following things:
– The certificates and their attested copies of the educational qualifications.
– Caste/ Category Certificate, if applicable.
– Domicile Certificate
– Migrant Certificate issued by Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner.
– Two recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
