JEE Main 2021 Registration Re-Opened for Phase 2; Last Date To Apply is 10 March

JEE Main 2021 March cycle is scheduled to be conducted on March 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2021 and the last date to register for the same is March 10, 2021.

National Testing Agency (NTA) re-opened the registration window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021 March cycle on March 2, 2021. It issued a public notice today i.e., March 09, 2021, stating that the registration deadline has been extended. Thus, the last date to register has been extended from March 06 to March 10, 2021, up to 10:00 A.M. Interested candidates can register for the national-level entrance exam on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Authorities issued a public notice on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in in continuation with the notice released on March 02, 2021. The announcement was regarding the opening of the online application form for JEE Main March – 2021 session. After receiving a number of requests, NTA has decided to revise the schedule and extend the registration deadline to March 10, 2021, up to 10:00 A.M. Previously, the registration process was to be conducted from March 02 to 06, 2021 up to 6:00 P.M.

NTA has also provided extra time for candidates to pay the application fee. Previously, the successful transaction of the fee was to be done from March 02 to March 06, 2021, up to 11:50 P.M. However, the deadline has been changed to March 10, 2021, up to 11:59 A.M. Candidates are permitted to pay the application fee using a Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or Paytm service.

JEE Main 2021 second cycle or March cycle is scheduled to be conducted on March 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2021. The examination shall be conducted in two shifts – first shift from 9:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M and the second shift from 3:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M. Candidates have the choice to register for multiple cycles of the exam all at once or apply for each cycle separately, as per the dates allotted.

Candidates still willing to apply for the March 2021 cycle can register for the entrance exam on the official website i.e., jeemain.nta.nic.in. To do so, they must register on the website using their personal email ID and mobile no. Candidates who had registered previously to apply for the February session can directly login to the website. After logging in, they must fill the online application form and take a note of the system-generated application number.

Candidates are also required to upload scanned images of their recent photograph, signature, duly verified resulted awaited attestation form, category or PwD certificate (if applicable). These documents must be uploaded according to the format and dimensions specified by the authorities. Lastly, candidates must pay the application fee and download/print a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
