This is the last week to apply for NTA JEE Main 2019. Sunday, September 30, 2018, is the last date to complete the JEE Main 2019 Application Form submission. However, aspirants can complete the payment process by October 01, 2018. National Testing Agency (NTA) is not going to open any extended window to submit the application form. Final submission thus are to be made within the last date.
The official website for JEE Main 2019 is nta.ac.in and jeemain.nic.in. The application forms are hosted at jeemain.nic.in. NTA has not made Aadhaar Card mandatory for JEE Main 2019 Registration, thus candidates can select any valid proof to authenticate themselves during the registration process.

NTA will be conducting the exam twice in 2019 and in CBT mode only. The part 3 (drawing section) of paper 2 (B.arch/B.Planning) will be in offline mode. To apply correctly for JEE Main 2019, make sure you read all the instructions carefully first and ensure your eligibility.
To fill the application form the fist step is to authenticate yourself and then fill the application form. On submitting the application form, candidates have to upload photograph and signature correctly. The last last stage is to make the payment in online mode or via bank challan.

NTA has also release the exam day schedule for JEE Main 2019. Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) will be held in 2 shifts and paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) in 1 shift only between January 06-20, 2019. It is said that the exams will be held in Saturdays and Sundays between the said dates. However, NTA has notified that the exact dates and shifts will be available on October 05, 2018 in the official websites.
Candidates will not be given the choice of selecting their preferred shift and date. This will be allotted by NTA randomly and the exact date and shift will be released in the admit card of the candidates on December 17, 2018.
JEE Main 2019 is being conducted by the newly formed body by MHRD, the National Testing Agency (NTA), twice a year and in online mode only. Candidates who will qualify this national level engineering entrance exam will get admissions in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs. Those candidates who aspire to take admission in IITs, have to qualify IIT JEE Advanced 2019 too after qualifying JEE Main 2019.
Recently the eligibility criteria for admission in B.Arch/B.Plan courses have been changed by the Council of Architecture (CoA). Thus candidates who are aspiring to appear in the paper 2 of JEE Main 2019, must note that now they will be needing Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in 10+2 level. Previously only Mathematics was enough as a compulsory subject for B.Arch/B.Plan admissions. However, from the academic session 2019-20, the new eligibility criteria will be applicable.
