Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has today, dated December 07, 2021, conducted the ISC Class 12 Semester 1 Biotechnology exam. The examination was held from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm for a duration of 90 minutes in various affiliated schools across the country. As per the new paper pattern released earlier by the CISCE, Semester 1 examination is being conducted in the objective MCQ-based mode. Hence, soon after the exam is concluded, students seamlessly expect the answer keys for the exam.
CISCE does not release the official answer key immediately after the examination of every subject. It is planned to release the answer keys for all the subjects together once the semester 1 exams terminate. However, due to the objective nature of the exam, students immediately expect the answer keys to calculate their respective scores. Hence, many educators and subject experts release the unofficial answer key online on various social media platforms. Their exam analysis and solutions PDFs are apt to calculate a tentative score before the release of the official answer key.

The document displays all the questions asked in the Semester 1 Biotechnology exam and corresponding answers to each question. Applicants can save their time by pausing the video to note down answers for all the questions. A google drive link to access the pdf document is mentioned in their description below. Candidates are advised to visit all the links and compare the answers posed by the different channels mentioned above.
Students who have appeared in the ISC Biotechnology exam today expressed that the questions were framed from the syllabus only and all of them were doable. A total of 70 questions were asked to be solved in 90 minutes. These were mostly theory-based questions based on the new bifurcated syllabus of the Semester 1 Biotechnology exam. Additional 15 minutes were provided to go through the question paper thoroughly before attempting it.
