Indian Oil Corporation Limited is inviting application in the online mode for 37 vacancies of non-executive personnel. IOCL seeks to fill these vacancies in its Panipat Refinery and Petrochemical Complex. Out of the total vacancies, 33 are for junior engineering assistant-IV (production), 2 are for the junior technical assistant-IV and rest 2 are for the post of junior engineering assistant-IV in the instrumentation field.
There are reservation for scheduled caste (SC), other backward class (OBC), persons with benchmark disabilities (PWBD), and for economically weaker section (EWS). the total vacancies for UR are 16, 7 for SC, 3 for EWS, 11 for OBC (NCL) and 2 for PwDB. According to the instruction, the above vacancies are tentative and are subject to either increase or decrease as per the decision of the management.
PWBD category candidates will be those who either fall under low vision, hard of hearing, locomotor disability or orthopaedic disability.
To apply for IOCL non executive recruitment 2019, for the post of junior engineering assistant-IV (production), one must have a 3 years diploma in relevant field or BSc degree with 50% passing marks. One must have a 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering and instrumentation with a minimum of 50% marks if applying for the junior technical assistant-IV post in the respective field. 5% relaxation in marks is provided to the SC and PwDB category candidates.
As per the instruction laid down by the corporation, candidates possessing a qualification through part-time, correspondence or distance learning are not eligible to apply for the positions in Indian Oil Corporation. Ex-servicemen are exempted from this criterion provided they possess an equivalent qualification approved by AICTE/MHRD, during his service period.
General candidates willing to apply must ensure that their minimum age is 18 years and maximum to is 26 years as on November 30, 2019. Additionally, SC candidates are relaxed by 5 years, OBC by 3 years and the same is 10 years for the PwDB candidates.

After filling the IOCL recruitment 2019 online application form, applicants have to send the filled-in application form print out duly signed by him/her to the “Chief Employee Relations Manager, HR Department, Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, Panipat, Haryana – 132140” latest by December 2, 2019.
Selection for the post will be done on the basis of the written examination and a skill proficiency or physical test. Securing 40% marks in the written test will make one eligible for the next round. The written test will be held on December 8, 2019. Selected candidates will be hired on a fixed pay scale of Rs. 11,900 to Rs. 32,000.
