All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is all set to announce the INI CET 2021 results tomorrow, November 20, 2021. The Institute of National Importance Common Entrance Test (INI CET) 2021 exam was held across the country on November 14, 2021. Results for the same will be released on the official website aiimsexams.ac.in, in the form of a PDF document. Candidates who appeared for the PG exam will be able to check their merit list and marks obtained tomorrow. While waiting for the results to come out, candidates are wondering how they will be announced.
Usually, for any entrance exam, results are announced in the form of scorecards uploaded on the official portal in the form of a PDF document. Candidates have to access the result link, enter their login credentials to check their respective results. The same is likely to be applicable in case of INI CET January 2022 results.
Last year, the INI CET January 2022 examination was conducted on November 20, 2020, through the computer-based format. Results for the exam were announced on November 27, 2020. Candidates could check their results on “My Page” by entering their Candidate ID and Password. Thereafter, AIIMS also released a PDF document containing the list of qualified candidates, their percentile score, roll number, category and rank obtained. The same format is of result announcement is expected to follow this year.
To qualify the INI CET January 2022 exam, candidates have to score the minimum percentile marks. Category-wise cut-off details are mentioned in the table given below:

Furthermore, it should be noted that the INI CET January 2022 results are curated based on the raw marks obtained in the exam along with cut-off marks decided for each category. Those who qualify the exam will be given a separate rank and position in the merit list. However, if two or more candidates receive identical scores, AIIMS will be exercising a tie-breaking regulation. According to the regulation, the following criteria will be evaluated:
- Candidate with less negative marks will be given a higher rank in the merit list.
- If the tie still persists, older candidate will be given a higher rank compared to the younger one.
Although the INI CET January 2022 results are going to be announced tomorrow, AIIMS has not provided the exact time for result declaration. Hence, candidates are advised to visit the official website aiimsexams.ac.in consistently to keep track of the latest events about the entrance exam.
