Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is all set to conduct the Chartered Accountants (CA) Foundation 2021 exam on December 13, 15, 17, and 19, 2021. The exam will be held through the computer-based mode at selected centers across the country. Admit cards for the same are expected to release soon on icai.org and icaiexam.icai.org. However, the exact date is yet to be announced, leaving candidates perplexed regarding the exact date.
Candidates can take cue on the ICAI CA 2021 admit card release date by looking at the previous year records. Based on what happened in the last few sessions, candidates can expect their December 2021 admit cards to release on November 29 or 30, 2021. Authorities are however, yet to confirm or deny this assumption.
ICAI conducted the CA Foundation July session 2021 examination on July 05, 2021, through online mode. Admit cards for the same were released two weeks prior, on June 21, 2021. Going by this logic, candidates can expect their CA Foundation December 2021 admit cards on November 29, 2021.
Before the June session, a CA Foundation January 2021 session was conducted across the country from January 21 to February 07, 2021. This session was held for candidates who were unable to take the exam in the November-December 2020 session. Admit cards for the same were released on the official website icai.org on January 08, 2021. Here again, there’s a two-week gap between the admit card release date and the conduction of the exam.
Last year, ICAI conducted the CA Foundation November – December 2020 session from November 21 to December 14, 2020. Admit cards for the same were released on the official portals icai.org and icaiexams.icai.org on November 01, 2021. Here again, there’s a two-week gap between the release of admit cards and the conduction of the exam.
In 2019, the ICAI CA Foundation exam was conducted on November 09, 13, 15, and 17. Admit cards for the same were issued to registered candidates on October 15, 2019. Evidently, for this session, there was a three-week gap between the two consecutive events. However, ICAI is more likely to follow the 2021 and 2020 trends instead of the 2019 sequence of events.
