Rumours are floating around about the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) 2021 assignment status getting updated. While some students claim their assignment status getting updated to “Received and In-Process”, others are yet to confirm the same. Amid all this confusion, IGNOU Term End Examination (TEE) 2021 is scheduled to begin from August 03, 2021. If we check the trends of last few years then admit cards usually release 3 days prior to the commencement of term exams. Hence we can expect that the, IGNOU TEE 2021 admit cards can release by July 31, 2021, on the official website ignou.ac.in.
What’s the confusion about IGNOU assignment status update?
This year, IGNOU authorities extended the deadline to July 15, 2021, for students to submit their TEE 2021 assignments, projects, reports and dissertations. After successfully submitting their assignments, students were ardently waiting for the assignment status to get updated. Then, on July 23, 2021, rumours were flooding around about IGNOU updating the assignment marks. However, most students were unable to see this update and hence, the never-ending confusion began.
As of now, IGNOU is yet to provide any clarification about the TEE 2021 assignment status update. No notice regarding the same has been issued by authorities on the official website. In such cases, students are advised to keep checking the official website ignou.ac.in for such updates. They may login to the official website regularly to check for updates rather than believing in rumours and speculations.
IGNOU TEE 2021 Admit Card release date
University authorities are going to conduct the TEE 2021 exams from August 03 to September 09, 2021. The deadline to register and submit the exam forms was extended to July 09, 2021. Now that a few days are left to term exams to begin, IGNOU has not provided any clear date for releasing the admit cards. However, as per previous year trends, admit cards are likely to be issued on Saturday, July 31, 2021. The reason being that the university has maintained a 3-day gap between the release of admit cards and the commencement of exams in the past years.
Once the admit cards are released, registered candidates can download them by following the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU i.e., ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: On the website’s homepage, access the link attached to “Link for Hall Ticket August 2021 Term End Examination”. Subsequently, a new page shall open.
Step 3: Enter the necessary credentials to login to the portal.
Step 4: IGNOU TEE 2021 admit card shall appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download or print a copy of the admit card for future reference.
As of now, the exact date for admit card release is unknown. Therefore, candidates are again, advised to visit the official website every day to get their queries resolved.
