Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) has today, October 07, 2021, released the IGCAR Examination 2021 admit cards on the i-register.in/igcarcertin2/Home.html website of the centre. Candidates who have successfully submitted their online applications are instructed to download their admit cards from this portal. Authorities have also released a discipline-wise exam schedule for Group A & B aspirants on the same portal. Accordingly, the examination is scheduled to be conducted on October 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2021, with 3-5 papers scheduled on the same day. Some students are finding it stressful to give three papers in one day. However, as of now, candidates must concern themselves with downloading their admit cards and using the last few days to prepare for the exam.

As per the IGCAR 2021 examination schedule, candidates will have to appear for exams on all four days i.e., October 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2021, in two batches. Exam for the first batch will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Thereafter, exams for the second batch will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Authorities have divided these exams into a discipline or subject-wise manner with the first day having exams for Chemical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Chemistry and Physics.
Candidates must bear in mind that the schedule of exams for both batches is different. They are instructed to follow the timings and the exam sequence ONLY according to their allotted batch. This is to ensure that they don’t miss out on any of the discipline-specific exams. At the same time, students are instructed to report for the exam at least 30 minutes prior to avoid any last-minute chaos or confusion. Most importantly, all students must carry their admit cards to the exam centre. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to appear for the exam.
