The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has announced the results for the semester 1 examination for ICSE class 10 and ISC class 12. Students can now check the results from the official CISCE website at cisce.org. The results were declared sharp at 10 AM today, i.e. February 07, 2022. However, the schools can access the results of the students from the Career portal of the websites. For that, they have to use the principal ID and password.
How to check the ICSE semester 1 result?
As per sources, the students will be issued a computer-generated mark sheet which will display the marks obtained by them in every subject. The pass certificate will be issued after the completion of the semester 2 results. To know how to find the direct link, here are the steps that one can follow.
Step 1- Go to the official website of CISCE at cisce.org
Step 2- The page will directly open the result website.
Step 3- Find the required link for checking the ICSE semester 1 result.
Step 4- After that, enter the required credentials like unique ID, index number, and captcha code to check the results.

This time, the students and guardians are also given the facility to check the results via the SMS facility. For that, they have to type ‘ICSE<Space><Unique ID>’ and send it to 09248082883. In case the link on the official website does not work at once, then students should wait for some time and keep on refreshing the page.
The schools, on the other hand, will be receiving the results in the form of online transcripts and tabulation. Due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic, CISCE has decided to hold the board exams for classes 10 and 12 over two semesters. The ICSE semester 1 exam was conducted from November 29 to December 16, 2021. However, it is reported that the results will not be given in the form of hard copies and hence, students have to access the same online.
As per sources, the students will be required to get a minimum of 33% in each subject to pass the examination. The examination dates for CISCE semester 2 have not been declared yet. It is speculated that the exams will fall anytime between March and April 2022. As and when the date sheets are released, students will be able to check the same from cisce.org.
