ICSE Economics, Sanskrit French Answer Key

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has concluded the Economics, Sanskrit, and French examinations for class 10 today, i.e. December 14, 2021. The exam commenced at 11 AM and was held for 60 minutes. Both Sanskrit and French falls under the Group-II elective subjects. CISCE had previously released the bifurcated syllabus and specimen papers to help students familiarize themselves with the renewed pattern for the board exams.

As of now, the exam analysis and the answer keys are expected to release shortly on various online platforms including YouTube, Telegram, etc. The question papers for all three subjects were set for a total of 40 marks. Every student got 10 minutes to read the question paper. However, the number of units varied for each subject varied.

  • Economics – Questions were asked from a total of three complete units and one partial unit. The complete units include The Productive Mechanism, Theory of Demand and Supply and Market. However, only the sub-unit on ‘Money’ was needed for Banking in India.
  • Sanskrit – The Sanskrit paper had three components: Elementary Sanskrit Grammar, Translation from English into Sanskrit consisting of short prose sentences and Translation from Sanskrit into English.
  • French – There were only two portions that were covered in the semester 1 examinations. These are Comprehension and Grammar.

The question papers for each subject were divided into various sections. There were a fixed number of questions from every section out of which students had to answer a particular number of questions. For the ICSE semester 1 examinations, the questions were based on an MCQ pattern. Students had to mark the correct responses in an OMR sheet.

With the completion of the examination, the students now seem to be in search of the answer keys for the ICSE Economics, Sanskrit, and French papers. At this point, it is still uncertain whether CISCE will release the official answer keys or not. However, various coaching centers and educators will start coming up with the ICSE answer keys for Economics, Sanskrit and French, soon. Students and guardians can access these answer keys from online platforms like Youtube, Telegram, etc.

A few channels that are likely to release the unofficial answer keys are Sir Tarun Rupani, Shree Ramban Education, ICSE Examsquad, etc. These are not the only channels that are expected to release the answer keys. Students and guardians are advised to keep an eye on YouTube for more answer key videos.

In case the answer keys are not available right now, then the students should wait for some time and check the same later on. Please note that these answer keys are unofficial and students should not rely on them completely.
