Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a latest recruitment notification at the website ibps.in. IBPS is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up 06 job openings for posts including IT Engineer, Analyst and others. Selection of applicants is to be done on the basis of online examination and interview. The online registration process is starting on January 16, 2021 at the aforementioned website. Candidates can register and apply online till February 08, 2021 only. The online examination is tentatively scheduled to be held in February/March 2021 while the interviews are tentatively scheduled to be held in March 2021.
As per the detailed advertisement issued by the IBPS, the 06 vacancies are available for the posts of Analyst and IT Engineer in different categories. There are single vacancies for each of the posts of Analyst Programmer Windows and IT Systems Support Engineer. On the other hand, 02 vacancies each are available for each of the posts of Analyst Programmer Frontend and IT Engineer (Date Centre). Selected candidates are to be appointed in the designated positions for a monthly basic pay of Rs 35400. The total emolument including the basic pay per month is approximately Rs 54126. Candidates will also be entitled to receive other benefits including PF, LTC, gratuity and other.
IBPS Recruitment 2021 For Analyst Programmer & IT Engineer Detailed Advertisement
IBPS has established certain minimum eligibility criteria for the candidates intending to apply for recruitment to the advertised posts. Candidates must be within the age of 21 to 35 years as on January 01, 2021, in order to apply. Candidates must have a full-time B.E/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (IT)/M.Sc (Computer Science) qualification in order to apply for the posts of Analyst. In addition to the minimum educational qualification, such applicants must also have the specified skill sets in relevant fields along with 5 years of the overall experience. Similarly, candidates holding a B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT are eligible to apply for the IT Engineer posts provided that they possess the requisite skill set and 5 years of overall experience.
Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done on the basis of online examination followed by interviews. The examination is to be held in centres across the country. Candidates will be given a composite time of 90 minutes to solve a question paper containing objective type questions. The question paper is divided into two sections carrying 50 marks each i.e. Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. In addition, candidates have to give a skill test besides the main exam. The question paper is documented in the English language only.
A candidate can apply for only one post. Multiple applications are to be summarily rejected. One must apply online and pay the requisite application fee online at the official website only. Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 1000 in addition to other bank charges as applicable.
