HSEE 2021 Registration Ends Today; MA Aspirants Should Apply Without Further Delay

IIT-madras is going to conduct the HSEE 2021 examination on June 13, 2021 and interested candidates still have a chance to apply for the examination on the official website hsee.iitm.ac.in.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras is going to conduct the Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) 2021 on June 13, 2021. The last day to register for the exam is today i.e., March 15, 2021. Furthermore, the last day to submit the payment through e-challan is tomorrow, March 16, 2021. Interested candidates can still apply for the entrance examination on the official website hsee.iitm.ac.in. Candidates can only register for the exam only through the online mode on the official website.

M.A. aspirants can apply for the examination, candidates must first register on the official website hsee.iitm.ac.in. Students must enter their name, date of birth, and email address. This email address shall be the login ID. After entering these details, they must set an appropriate password and provide their mobile number. After the ‘New Registration’ process is done, candidates must go to the login page, log-in to the website and click on the ‘proceed to apply online option.

The HSEE 2021 application process involves three steps. The first step includes filling the application form with all the mandatory details. They can review the details entered and click on ‘edit; in case they want to rectify the information. In case no rectification is required, they may choose the ‘I agree’ option, click on ‘save and proceed’ and continue to the next step. Candidates must note that after completing the first step, they do not have the option of correcting their particulars.

The second step includes uploading scanned images of the candidate’s photograph, signature and other relevant documents. These documents must be uploaded in accordance with the format and dimensions mentioned by the authorities. After this, candidates must pay the application fee depending on the category to which the candidate belongs.

HSEE 2021 examination fee is Rs.1200 for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. The application fee for all other candidates is Rs.2400. An additional Rs.40 shall be charged and bank service charges. They can pay the registration fee through one of the two options. The first option being payment through net-banking, Credit Card and Debit card. The other alternative being payment through an Indian bank e-challan. The last date to submit the payment through the second method is March 16, 2021.

Candidates are advised to take a print-out of the confirmation page after completing the application process. Moreover, they are instructed to keep a track of the status of their application from March 31 to April 30, 2021. They can do so by logging-in to the official website. HSEE 2021 is scheduled in June 2021 and registration for the same is scheduled to end today.
