The HP Board has released the Class 10th, 12th and Open School Re-Checking and Re-Evaluation results. The board released the result on the official website i.e. hpbose.org. Students who have not checked the result yet can check it on the official website. The re-evaluation result for regular class 12th and SOS 12th candidates were released by the board on June 11, 2018. While class 10th and open school class 10th result were announced later on June 27, 2018.
In order to view the results, students have to visit the official website. After that click on the result option present in the top corner. A list of results will appear on the page, click on the required link. A new login window will appear on the screen. Enter your roll number and submit it. The re-checking or re-evaluation result will appear on the screen. Take out the printout of the result for future reference.
Students were also able to check the result on a third party website i.e. indiaresults.com. Students who faced some problem accessing their result via official website viewed the result through it.
HPBOSE 10th and 12th Revaluation and Rechecking Result
The HP Board declared the Class 10th and 12th result on May 3 and April 24, 2018, respectively. Around 98,281 students appeared for the class 12th examination. Out of which 68,469 students passed the examination by achieving 69.67 overall pass percentage.
While a total of 68,900 students passed the class 10th examination. The overall pass percentage of class 10th was recorded at 62.8%. Girls outperformed boys by securing 66.15 pass percentage and boys received only 59.76 percent marks.
HP SOS 10th and 12th Revaluation and Rechecking Result
The result for open school students was also released separately. As the board released the class 10th result on May 9, 2018, while class 12th result on May 3, 2018. This year a total of 15,294 students appeared for class 12th open examinations. Out of which only 4315 cleared the exam. The exams were held from March 6 to March 29, 2018. While class 10th exams were conducted from March 7 to March 20, 2018.
After the result declaration of regular and open candidates, the board gave an opportunity to apply for the revaluation process. Those who had a doubt in their earlier marks filled the application form for rechecking. Now the board has also released the result for the same and many of the students have also checked it.
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) conducts the class 10th and 12th examination for regular and open school candidates. It was set up in 1969 and is headquartered in Dharmashala. The board also prescribes syllabus and textbooks in its affiliated schools. It releases the result for class 10th and 12th in May-June.
