Hindustan Shipyard Limited, the premier shipbuilding organisation under the Government of India is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up 26 latest vacancies advertised at the official website. HSL has published a detailed advertisement in this regard at the official website hslvizag.in. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to apply online at the official website before January 08, 2021, till 05.00 PM. In addition, the last date of receipt of printed online applications along with Demand Draft and other enclosures is January 15, 2021, till 05.00 PM.
As per the notification available online, some of the posts are to be filled up on permanent absorption basis while others are to be filled up on a fixed-term contract basis. There are vacancies for the posts of General Manager (HR), General Manager (Finance), Additional General Manager (HR), Manager (Commercial) and Manager (Technical) which are to be filled up on permanent absorption basis.
Under fixed term contract basis, vacancies are available for posts such as DGM, Manager (SAP IT Basis/SAP ABAP Webdynpro), Assistant Manager (Civil, Safety, HR, Legal, VC-11184), Junior Manager and Medical Officer (Contract). In addition, vacancies for the posts of Senior Consultant (Indigenisation, Infra Augmentation and SAP/ERP) are also to be filled up on a fixed-term contract basis. The PSU organisation has indicated details of minimum educational qualifications and experience required to apply for the recruitment. These are mentioned in the notification as per post. For instance, in order to apply for the post of General Manager under permanent absorption basis, a Graduate degree in any discipline with 60% marks is mandatory. In addition, candidates must also have prescribed specialized qualifications along with relevant post qualification experience to apply.
Candidates having a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree with 60% or more marks in specified disciplines can apply for the post of DGM. Relevant experience after acquiring the minimum qualifications is also required. The complete eligibility details for a particular post must be checked and fulfilled before applying for recruitment.
HSL will conduct online interviews for the selection of eligible applicants and appointment on permanent absorption or fixed-term contract basis depending on the post. Appointments will be made in the grades of E7, E6 and E3 depending on the post.
Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 300 through Demand Draft in order to apply. Online applications can be submitted at the official website of HSL as mentioned before.
