The Hindustan Copper Limited has invited application from the eligible candidates for the Malanjkhand Copper Project for 26 vacancies. The company has released the notification to fill the posts of Assistant Foreman and Mining Mate Grade-I. The candidates who possess the relevant qualification released by the company can apply by 05 April 2021. The candidates applying for the Assistant Foreman will be placed in the T10 Grade and will receive 18,480 – 3% – 45,400/. While the candidates who will be selected as Mining Mate will be placed on the pay scale of Rs. 18, 280-3%-38670 in addition to the allowances etc. In addition to this, the candidates will also be placed in a probation period of 6 months.
As per the eligibility criteria, the maximum age for all the candidates willing to apply for the post should be 35 years of age. In addition to this, the candidates who belong to the OBC and SC/ST will get an age relaxation of 5 years and 3 years respectively. Along with this, the candidates should also be having a Diploma in Mining Engineering. In addition to this, the candidates must be having 3 years of experience in large underground metalliferous mines for both posts. However, for the post of Assistant Foreman 6 years of experience in large underground metalliferous mines is required out of which 1 year should be of the supervisory post.
The candidates can download the Application form as attached in the Official notification of Hindustan Copper Limited. The candidates are required to print the application form in an A4 size paper. Post this, the candidates can enter all the details i.e. Candidate’s name, Date of Birth, Address, Email ID, Academic Qualification, Experience details etc. In addition to entering the details, the students should also paste the candidate’s photo duly signed by the candidate. The selection process of the Assistant Foreman and Mining Mate Grade-I includes a written test and a Trade Test. The final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained in both stages. The company has prescribed minimum qualifying marks for the Reserved and Unreserved category of the students. In addition to this, the weightage of the written test and trade test in the final merit list will be 80% and 20% of the total marks.
