The hall tickets of Andhra Pradesh Grama Sachivalayam 2019 will be available today from 4 pm onwards for exams scheduled on September 03 and September 04 for the posts of Category II B (VRO, Survey Assistant) and Category III (ANM/Ward health secretary, Village agriculture secretary and Village horticulture secretary).
VRO and survey assistant exam will be conducted in forenoon session, whereas in afternoon, the exam of ANM / ward health secretary will be conducted in afternoon session of September 03, 2019. Similarly, the examination of village agriculture secretary will be held in forenoon, and that of village horticulture secretary in the afternoon session of September 04, 2019.
The hall tickets are being made available to download much before the 3 days prior to the commencement of the exam that was promised by the AP Grama Sachivalayam. Candidates can download the hall tickets by visiting the official website gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in, and then scroll down to the link to download the exam hall ticket. Log in with their application ID / registration ID / Aadhaar number along with their date of birth. After submitting the details, the hall tickets will be displayed on the screen. Download the hall tickets and take a print out of it.
It is to be noted that no candidates will be allowed to appear in the exam without AP Grama Sachivalayam hall ticket. Along with the hall tickets, candidates are strictly requested to bring a government id proof (Aadhar card / pan card / voter id / driving license).
If the candidate finds any discrepancy in the hall ticket related to date of birth or community, he / she have to immediately bring to the notice of Department officials / Chief Superintendent in the exam center. The corrections can be made in the roll number, against his/her hall ticket number for being verified by the department office.
During the exam day, candidates should take their seats at the given time (mentioned in the hall ticket) before the commencement of the exam. Late entry after the given time would not be allowed. He/she must not leave the exam hall till the exam gets over. The OMR sheet have to be filled only with blue or black ball point pen.
The admission to exam center of the candidates will be purely on provisional basis. They will be considered suitable after the verification of original certificates and the eligibility criteria at the time of the interview. Those who clear the interview, will be checked whether they are medically fit for the recruitment or not. He/she should possess sound health, active habits without any bodily defect or infirmity.
AP Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019 is for 1,26,728 vacancies. The exam for advertised posts is being held from September 1 to September 8. The hall ticket for September 1 exams has already been released. For the September 3 and 4 exams, as mentioned above, it will be available from today. And for the rest, it will be available from August 30.
