The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is looking forward to fill a total of 75 vacancies for the posts of Assistant, Accountant Assistant, Data entry operator, Stenographer and Steno cum Computer Operator. The aspiring candidates have to submit the application form at biharboardonline, bihar.gov.in before October 10, 2019.
Out of the total announced vacancies, 23 will be filled for the post of Assistant (General – 12, BC – 02, BCF – 01, EBC – 05, SC – 03), 21 for the post of Accountant Assistant (General – 11, BC – 12, EBC – 03, SC – 05), 3 for the post of Stenographer (General – 02, EBC – 01), 10 for the post of Stenographer cum computer operator (General – 07, EBC – 03), 18 for the post of data entry operator (General – 08, BCF – 01, EBC – 04, SC – 04, ST – 01).
Candidates applying for the post of Data Entry Operator should have qualified Intermediate from a recognized Board and possess a 1-year diploma in Computer Application. Those applying for the post of Stenographer should have qualified Intermediate and have a steno typing speed of 80 wpm. For steno cum computer operator, it is mandatory to have qualified Intermediate with a steno typing speed of 80 wpm and computer typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi and 40 wpm in English. For the post of Accountant Assistant, and Assistant, candidates should pass Graduation / B. Com and have a work experience of at least 5 years.
To apply for BSEB recruitment 2019, go to the official website of BSEB, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and click on the Circulars tab on the bottom of the page. After that click on the recruitment notification displayed in the list. Candidates will have to register themselves first. Once registered, log in using the provided credentials. Fill the application form with the required information and on completion submit the form. Download and take a print out of the form.
Along with the application, candidates will have to remit an application fee without which the registrations would not be completed. The amount of the application fees is Rs 400 by unreserved category candidates and Rs 100 by reserved category candidates. The payment has to be done online via debit card / credit card / net banking.
Upon selection, candidates will be offered with a salary of Rs 25,000 for the post of Assistant and Accountant Assistant, Rs 20,000 for the post of Stenographer and Stenographer cum computer operator and Rs 17,860 for the post of Data Entry Operator. BSEB is a statutory body under the government of Bihar which conducts examination of secondary and senior secondary standard for admission in both government and private schools of Bihar. Apart from the school examinations, it also conducts departmental examinations such as Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), Diploma in Elementary Education, Diploma in Physical Education.
