Government General Hospital, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh is inviting eligible candidates to submit the application form for Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Dark Room Assistant, Theater Assistant, MNO, FNO, and Receptionist cum Clerk. The recruitment for these posts is on contractual and outsourcing basis. Interested candidates can submit their applications for the announced posts before August 16, 2020. The shortlisted candidates will be serving in the Government General Hospital and Government Fever Hospital, Guntur and will be paid on a monthly basis. The newly appointed Staff Nurse receive Rs. 34,000/-, Rs. 28,000/- for Lab Technician and Pharmacist, Rs.24421/- for Dark Room Assistant, Rs.22387/- for Receptionist cum Clerk, Rs.14250/- for Theater Assistant, Rs.15000/- for MNO and FNO post.
Candidates who have acquired Diploma in GNM/B.Sc Nursing can apply for the post of Staff Nurse. Those who have LT course/Diploma/B.Sc/PG Diploma in relevant disciplines are eligible for the post of Lab Technician. A Diploma in Pharmacy/Bachelor in Pharmacy is required for Pharmacist post. To apply for Dark Room Assistant, candidates must possess a DRA certificate and the first-aid certificate for Theater Assistant. A graduation degree in any discipline with PG Diploma in Computer application is required for Receptionist cum Clerk. Those who have passed 12th standard and possess First Aid Certificate can apply for MNO and FNO posts.
The upper age limit for candidates is calculated as on June 01, 2020. OC candidate’s age should not be more than 42 years, SC/ST/BC candidates should not have completed 47 years and Ex-servicemen and PHC candidates should not be more than 50 years.
The application is conducted through offline mode only. Candidates can download the application form from the official website, guntur.ap.gov.in. The filled-in application form should be submitted through registered posts with all the requisite documents. Along with this, candidates have to attach a demand draft of Rs.300/- (OC/BC) and Rs.100/- (SC/ST). The fee should be paid from any Nationalized Bank in the favours of Superintendent, HDS, government general Hospital, Guntur.
Candidates have to enclose 10th mark sheet, 10+2 mark sheet, qualification exam pass certificate, registration and renewal certificate, internship certificate, caste certificate, PH certificate, study certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th class, sports certificate, a relevant certificate for ex-servicemen, and one passport size photograph.
The recruitment process is conducted for a total of 100 marks. Out of these, 75% of marks are allocated to the aggregate marks that candidates have secured in the qualifying examination. Up to 15% marks are allotted to the candidates who have experience of working under the Government Service, including the contract/outsourcing service.
