IIT Kharagpur will announce the results of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) on March 17, 2022. The scorecard will be available to download on the official website from March 21, 2022. Candidates who attended the examination can log in to the GOAPS login portal at – gate.iitkgp.ac.in, using their enrollment ID/email address and password to access the results once it is announced.
How to Check GATE 2022 Result and Scorecard?
Candidates who attended the GATE 2022 exam can check their results and scorecard from the official website of GATE 2022. By following the steps mentioned below, candidates can check their results of GATE 2022.
Step 1: Visit the official website of GATE 2022 at gate.iitkgp.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the login tab on the right side of the homepage.
Step 3: Enter the login credentials in the appropriate boxes.
Step 4: Click on the GATE 2022 Result link.
Step 5: The scorecard of the GATE 2022 exam will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download the scorecard and take a printout of the same for future references.
PSU Recruitment Through GATE 2022
Many Public Service Undertakings (PSU) recruit the GATE 2022 qualified candidates based on their application. PSUs consider the GATE 2022 scores to post eligible candidates to the post of executive engineers. Companies like IOCL, NTPC, DRDO, GAIL, SAIL, POSOCO, HPCL, etc. are among the top recruiters through GATE 2022 score.
The selection process of executive engineers using the GATE 2022 score includes Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI). However, the PSUs may conduct their own selection tests for recruitment.
Candidates can apply for recruitment at various PSUs using the GATE 2022 score by applying on the official website of the PSUs. The website of the concerned PSUs should be checked regularly to know about the recent updates. Some PSUs have released notification regarding the selection through GATE 2022 and some others have released the vacancies.
IOCL and SAIL have released the notification regarding the selection through GATE 2022. The notifications stated that the application process will initiate soon after the declaration of GATE 2022 results. The companies that have released the number of vacancies are given below.

The candidates who have qualified the GATE 2022 can apply for admission to M Tech at various IITs, NITs, and top engineering institutes.
