Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, successfully conducted a total of 6 papers today, February 06, 2022, during the forenoon shift. One of those papers was Metallurgical Engineering (ME). The Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) 2022 examination for ME was held for a duration of three hours i.e., from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The entire paper was objective in nature, comprising multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for a total of 100 marks.
Immediately after the completion of the GATE 2022 examination, candidates are on the lookout for answer keys – both official and unofficial versions. The official answer key will take a few days’ time, preferably a month to release on the official website gate.iitkgp.ac.in. However, unofficial answer keys are in the process of releasing today itself. So, candidates who are incessantly searching for answers can refer to the unofficial ones uploaded online.
GATE 2022 Answer Key Online
Several educators including BYJU’S Exam Prep: GATE, ESE & PSU, Metallurgical Engineering, and ACE Engineering Academy have uploaded their GATE 2022 MT answer key in the video format on their dedicated YouTube channels. These videos are in the form of live streams wherein, subject experts have discussed today’s MT paper, topics covered, the difficulty level of questions, and of course, the right option for each question.
Candidates can jot down the right option for each question followed by their marked response for each question. After completing this process, they can calculate the total correct responses to calculate their tentative GATE 2022 exam score. Overview of today’s GATE 2022 Session
The GATE 2022 exam was conducted for a total of 6 papers, during the forenoon session. These papers are -1. Electronics and Communication Engineering, 2. Environmental Science & Engineering, 3. Statistics, 4. Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, 5. Metallurgical Engineering and 6. Mining Engineering. All six papers have been successfully conducted through the computer-based format, at selected centers across the country. A total of 8 papers are scheduled today, during the afternoon shift.
