District Medical and Health Department, Ananthapuramu is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Staff Nurses, Lab Technician Grade-II and Pharmacist Grade-II. The conducting body has advertised a total of 95 posts for Staff Nurses, 29 for Pharmacist Grade-II and 23 for Lab Technician Grade-II. All these vacancies are announced on a contract basis under the Administrative Control of DM&HO, Ananthapuramu. Candidates can download the official notification, Advt No. 02/2020, and application form from the district official website, anathapuramu.ap.gov.in. The filled application form should be submitted before July 27, 2020, by 05:00 PM.
Before candidates proceed to fill up the application form, they must read the prescribed eligibility criteria. Candidates must have GNM/B.Sc Nursing from government recognized nursing institute and should be registered in AP Nursing Council. A Diploma in Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy from the recognized institutions with registration in AP Pharmacy Council is required for Pharmacist Grade-II. For the post of Lab Technician Grade-II, candidates must have DMLT/B.Sc MLT course from a government recognized institutions/Inter vocational MLT course with a one-year apprenticeship. In addition to this, candidates must be registered in AP Para Medical Board.
Age limit is another major eligibility criteria that aspirants should take care of. DMHO calculates the age of candidates as on July 01, 2020. Candidates who belong to OC Category should not have completed the 42 years of age. For SC/ST/BC candidates the upper age limit is 47 years and for Ex-Servicemen and PH candidates the age limit is 50 years.
The process of form submission is conducted through the offline procedure. As mentioned above, candidates can download the application form from the official website which is anathapuramu.ap.gov.in. The filled form should be submitted in person at O/o District Medical and Health Officer, Ananthapuramu. Along with the application form, aspirants also have to enclose certain self-attested certificates. They have to submit filled form, 10th mark sheet, 10+2 marks sheet, qualifying exam certificate, mark sheet for the qualifying examination, Registration certificates from respective councils, lastest caste certificate, internship/apprenticeship/clinical training certificate, study certificate from 4th class to 10th class, PH certificate, sports certificates for those claiming for the sports quota, relevant certificates for candidates who are claiming for Ex-serviceman quota, candidates who are working on outsourcing or in contract basis have to furnish appointment order.
DMHO conducts the selection procedure based on the merit of the candidates. The complete selection process is of 100 marks out of which 15 marks are allotted to candidates who are already working in Government institutions or State or Central government scheme. 75 marks are granted to candidates based on the aggregate secured in their qualifying examination.
