Delhi E Pass 2022: Where and how to apply for an e-pass to travel freely in Delhi-NCR?

The Delhi-E pass shall be helpful in providing smooth movement to people who are currently going through any treatment, health workers, media person etc.

Delhi E-Pass 2022

Delhi Government has issued the Delhi E pass 2022 that can be used for smoother movement during the weekend curfews. This e-pass has been issued to people who are health workers or are connected to any kind of essential services such as medicine, education, etc. In a bid to help the people commute without interference to the workplace the registration link for the e-pass has been activated by the Government of Delhi.

This travel pass shall remain valid from Friday 10 pm to Monday 5 am during the weekend. The government has imposed lockdown citing the rapid increase in the covid-19 cases in the city. This pass is surely going to help the people who face any kind of emergency like situation during the weekend curfews. The state government has also made it clear that a fine of INR 2000 shall be imposed on all those who are not found to be carrying e-pass.

How to apply for Delhi E-Pass 2022

Check out the steps mentioned below to download the Delhi E-pass to travel freely in the NCR and Delhi regions:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Delhi government, delhi.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Travel E pass registration and choose English language on the next page

Step 3: After this, choose the weekend e-pass from the drop-down menu and move to the registration page

Step 4: Next, enter the applicant’s name, contact number, district, address of the office, type of service, validity, timing, and upload the relevant documents

Step 5: Click on the I agree to button for the terms and conditions and submit the E-travel pass application button

Documents Required during Delhi-Epass 2022 registration

The people must keep the following set of documents handy while registering for the Delhi-E pass 2022:

  • Government-issued photo ID Proof such as Adhaar card, pan card within the range of 4 mb
  • Letter issued by the company certifying a person’s employment number within the range of 4 mb
  • Office ID card
  • Shop Licens
  • Business License
