46 new vacancies for the posts of Staff Nurse, Pharmacist Gr-II, and Lab Technician has been advertised by the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, SPSR Nellore District. These vacancies are to be filled up on a contractual basis in the hospitals that are operated under the DCHS, SPSR Nellore district. As such, applications in the prescribed proforma are being received by the DCHS starting from June 29, 2020. The last date of receipt of applications is July 13, 2020. Eligible candidates can download the application proforma from the aforementioned website under the Notices tab. The application form must be duly filled up and signed and forwarded to the Office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, SPSR Nellore District C/o Old Jubilee Hospital 1st Floor, Near Vegetable Market, Nellore. An application fee of Rs 500 must be deposited through Demand Draft in favor of the DCGS SPSR Nellore. The draft receipt, application form and necessary documents as specified in the detailed advertisement must be sent to the aforementioned address by post.
The total number of vacancies are bifurcated across the different posts advertised by DCHS. There are 35 openings for the post of Staff Nurse, 10 for the post of Pharmacist Gr-II, and 01 for the post of Lab. Technician. The detailed bifurcation of the vacancies across different hospitals can be checked from the official notification for all posts. Candidates must possess a GNM/B.Sc. Nursing degree and have a valid registration to apply for the post of Staff Nurse. Those holding a D.Pharm qualification are eligible to apply for the post of Pharmacist. On the other hand, candidates having passed intermediate with Science and DMLT along with valid registration can apply for the post of Lab Technician. For each post, the permissible age is at least 18 years and less than 42 years.
The method of selection for each post is similar and based on merit. 75% of the total marks are attributed to the merit in the qualifying examination and 15% marks are attributed to the years of experience. Up to 10 marks are attributed to the number of years since the candidate has passed the last qualifying examination. Candidates will be selected for appointment on a contractual basis. They will receive fixed monthly remuneration of RsR 34000 for the posts of Staff Nurse and Pharmacist Gr-II and Rs 28000 for the post of Lab Technician.
