CSIR Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu is inviting online applications from eligible candidates to fill up 12 temporary vacancies for various Project Associate posts. Advertisement Number 10/2020 in this regard at the official website i.e. iiim.res.in. Eligible and interested candidates can send filled up applications along with necessary attachments to the email address [email protected]. The last date of receipt of applications is August 28, 2020, up to 05.00 PM. Merit list of shortlisted applicants is to be made available at the website on September 01, 2020, by 04.00 PM. The online selection interviews are scheduled to be held on September 03, 2020, from 10.00 AM onwards through video conferencing.
As per the detailed recruitment notification published by the institute, 12 vacancies are available altogether under various projects. The vacancies are temporary in nature and for the posts of Project Associate and Senior Project Associate. One vacancy is available for the post of Senior Project Associate. 07 vacancies are available for the post of Project Associate-II in project number HCP 29. In addition, 02 vacancies are available for the post of Project Associate-I in project number MLP-110007 and 02 vacancies are available for the post of Project Associate-I in project number MLP-110009.
Applicants must at first match the minimum eligibility conditions as specified by the Institute in the detailed advertisement. An M.Sc. degree in any branch of Life Science and 04 years of experience is required to apply for the post of Sr. Project Associate. Candidates intending to apply for the post of Project Associate-II must have an M.Sc. degree in Organic/Medicinal/Pharmaceutical/Applied Chemistry and 02 years of relevant experience.
Candidates holding an M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Bio-Chemo/Pharma informatics or M. Pharma degree along with 2 years of relevant experience are also eligible to apply for the concerned post. Candidates having an M.Sc. degree in Organic/Medicinal/Pharmaceuticals/Applied Chemistry are eligible to apply for the posts of Project Associate-I. The maximum age limit for Sr. Project Associate post is 40 years while for the other posts, the maximum permissible age of the applicants is 35 years. Relaxations on the upper age limit are however applicable as per government norms.
The selection of eligible applicants is to be done through an online interview conducted through video conferencing on Skype/MS Team/Google Meet. Candidates can download the application form from the website of the institute Completely filled up applications, along with Digital Platform ID, Email ID, Mobile Number, affixed recent passport-sized photographs and self-attested copies of supporting documents to the email id [email protected]. Candidates shortlisted for interview are to be intimated through merit lists. The merit lists will be available at the website of the Institute as per schedule.
