The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released a notification inviting applications from meritorious sportspeople for the post of Head Constables in the CISF. The candidates can apply for the same by downloading the application form from the official website of CISF, cisf.gov.in. Last date to apply is March 31, 2022.
CISF Sports Quota Recruitment 2021 – Details
CISF invites applications from both male and female candidates to fill in a total of 249 Head Constable Vacancies. The number of vacancies allotted to each athletic as well as games event is specified in the official notification published by the CISF about the CISF Sports Quota Recruitment 2021 on the official website.
The post has a pay matrix Level-4 (₹25,500-81,100) and the usual allowances provided to the Central government employees from time to time.
Eligibility
The sportspeople who have participated in various international as well as national sports events and tournaments between 01.01.2019 and 31.03.2022 can apply for the post. The candidates who belong to the mentioned category and is an Indian citizen should have a valid class 12 certificate to apply for the same.
Selection Process
The selection process of the CISF Sports quota recruitment will have five steps.
- Physical Standards Test (PST): The Physical standards of the candidates like their height and chest will be measured.
- Document Verification: The documents produced by the candidates will be verified.
- Trial Test: The candidates will have to give a trial test on the event that they have given the application for.
- Proficiency Test: The proficiency of the candidates about their event will be evaluated.
- Medical Examination.
A merit list will be prepared after considering the performance of the candidates in the selection process according to various predetermined criterias. The details of the same are available in the official notification.
Application Process
The candidates can apply for the CISF Sports Quota Recruitment by following the steps below.
Step 1: Take a printout of the application form from the official notification.
Step 2: Fill in the details.
Step 3: Attach all the required documents.
Step 4: Pay the application fee and attach the DD/IPO with the application.
Step 5: Send the application addressed to the concerned Dy. General.
The candidates must pay an application fee of ₹100 in the form of a DD/IPO drawn in favor of the concerned Dy. General. There is no application fee for SC/ST/Female candidates.
