Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, CISCE has released the complete schedule and time table for 2020 examination today on December 5, 2019. The date sheet is released for ISC exam 2020 that is for class 12, and ICSE exam 2020, which is for class 10th.
According to the date sheet released, class 12th examination will start from February 3, 2020, and will end on March 31, 2020. Similarly, for the students of class 10th, the exams will begin on February 27, 2020, and continue until March 30, 2020. Along with the exam dates, CISCE has also laid down the instructions and bell schedule with respect to the examination.
Going with the previous trends and dates, this year also class 10th exam will start with the English Language – 1 paper, on February 27, Thursday. Students will get 2 hours to complete the paper.
Mathematics paper for class 10th will be on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, with a total duration of 2.5 hours. Paper-2 of English Literature will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020.
On Wednesday, March 11, 2020, paper of history and civics is scheduled. Next is the physics on Friday, March 13, 2020. Similarly, chemistry is on Monday, March 16, 2020.
Hindi paper of class 10th is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2020, and the last paper is of biology on Monday, March 30, 2020.
CISCE will conduct the exam in the first shift starting from 11:00 AM. As per the exam instructions and guidelines, the papers will get distributed to the students at 10:45 am. Students will get 15 minutes to scan and understand the question paper thoroughly.
Whereas, for the students who will appear for the class 12th boards, the first paper will be of home science-planning session on Monday, February 3, 2020. Chemistry and physics paper is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2020, and Thursday, February 6, 2020, respectively.
For the commerce students, paper of accounts will be on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. Next paper will be of English on Friday, February 14, 2020. Economics will be on Monday, February 17, 2020.
Political science paper will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. The history exam will be on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. For the mathematics, exam date is Wednesday, March 11, 2020. The last paper of arts will be on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
For class 12th, CISCE will be conducting some exams in first shift starting from 9:00 am and some in the second shift starting from 2:00 pm. In accordance with the council guidelines question paper will be distributed 15 minutes early to the students.
If we go by the calendar of last year, then CISCE announced the exam dates on December 3. Exams for ICSE started from February 22 upto March 25. For Class 10th which is ICSE, the exams started from February 4 and end by March 25.
