Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) Mumbai is inviting applications for the vacant posts of Project Engineer and Project Manager. An official notification with Advertisement No. CDACM/Consal/2/2020 is also published in this regard online at cdac.in. As per the notification, the conducting body has advertised a total of 20 vacant posts for announced vacancies. Eligible candidates can submit their applications for the advertised posts before the last date which is December 08, 2020.
The announced posts of Project Engineer and Project Assistant Manager are completely on a contractual basis. These vacancies are available for various ongoing projects. Aspirants are recruited for these posts only for the duration of the project. During their working period, candidates will also get monthly salary depending on the post and project they are selected for.
To apply for any of these posts, candidates must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Those who wish to submit their applications for Project Engineer must possess B. E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline. They must have relevant work experience in molecular marker development and molecular techniques. Aspirants who are applying for Project Manager post should have B. E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ Master degree/ PhD in concerned subject from recognized university. Moreover, candidates who possess relevant work experience are preferred.
Apart from the educational qualification, aspirants have to also take care of the age limit. Those who are applying for Project Engineer must have age less than 37 years (30 years for Postcode 08: PE-DB) while applying. To successfully submit applications for Project Manager, aspirant’s age should not be more than 50 years.
The application forms for this recruitment are available online at cdac.in. Eligible candidates have to visit the official website to get the online form link for each post. While applying, aspirants are liable to pay the required application fee online. They have to make a payment of Rs. 500/- as the application fee. However, Female candidates/ SC/ST/PWD/EWS category candidates are exempted from the fee submission. Moreover, to apply for more than one post, candidates have to submit separate applications for each post.
All the submitted applications are scrutinized by the selection committee. Aspirants are then shortlisted for the further stages based on the eligibility marked by them. Selection of candidates for these posts is based on the interview conducted by C-DAC Mumbai. As per the notification, the conducting body will be organizing the interview. The date and time for the interview will be intimated later on.
