The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the sample paper for CBSE class 12 students who have selected Economics subject. Candidates who want to download the model paper can go to the official website. Economics sample paper is very necessary for the students. The model papers would play an important role in terms of preparations.
CBSE Class 12 Economics Sample Paper 2019 will be available online on the official website cbse.nic.in. Candidates can get it from the tab named “Examinations”. Then under the section Syllabus and Curriculum, the list of the sample paper is present. So, the candidates can click on the relevant link and can get the sample paper of Economics. It is available in the pdf format. So, download your model paper from there.
In Economics, two sections will be there named Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. In totality, there will be a total of 24 questions in the exam. In Section A, the board will ask 12 questions while the other 12 questions will be asked in Section B. All questions in both sections are compulsory. However, there will also be the internal choices for the questions. Marks for questions are indicated against each question.
Question number 1 to 4 and 13 to 16 will be very short answer type questions. Each question will have 1 mark. Candidates need to answer these questions in one sentence.
From question number 5 to 6 and 17 to 18, there will be short answer type questions. For each question, the board will provide 3 marks. The students will have to answer these questions within 60 words.
The candidates will get the short answer type questions from question number 7 to 9 and 19 to 21. But these questions will have 4 marks each. Answers to as far as possible.to them should not normally exceed 70 words each.
Question number 10 to 12 and from 22 to 24, the board will ask the long answer type questions. Each question will contain 6 marks. For these questions, the answers should be given within 100 words. Answers should be brief and to the point and the word limit adhere to each question.
As per the latest news, the date sheet for the practical exams may get released on December 11, 2018. The entire CBSE Date Sheet 2019 is expected to be available in the second week of January 2019. The board exams will begin after February 15, 2019. For the skill education subjects, the exams will be held in the month of February while for core subjects, the board will conduct the exams in the month of March 2019. Earlier, it was expected that CBSE exams date 2019 would be revealed in the fourth week of December 2018.
