CBSE class 10 examinations 2019

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has come up with the new challenge for the students of class 10th. After eliminating the school board exams from class 10th in 2018, CBSE has now introduced the new marking scheme for class 10th examinations 2019. Now, as per the new rule, students are required to bring the passing marks both in theory as well as the internal examinations separately. So, take a deep breath and start preparing for the examinations.

New Marking Scheme For CBSE Class 10th 2019

CBSE said that in the theory paper of 80 marks, it is must for the students to bring minimum 33% marks i.e 27 marks in theory. While in the internal paper of 20 marks, it is must to pass with 33% marks, i.e with 7 marks. If you fail to acquire the minimum required marks either in the theory paper or in the internal paper then you will not considered as pass in  class 10th examinations.

This rule is first time is going to be implemented by CBSE Board in Class 10th Exams 2019

It might be difficult for the students to maintain the balance between the theory and internal paper.

In 2018, the marks in the internal as well as in the theory were considered in the combined form. So, in 2018 it was easy for the students to bring the passing marks. But this time students of class 10th need to do some more efforts in order to attain the good marks.

Now, the question arises that what is the reason for bringing this change for the students of class 10th from CBSE board. So, the answer is here. In 2018, it was noticed that if any student who not got passed in the theory paper but passed in the internal was also considered as passed and vice-versa. So, in order to improve the examination scheme of the board as well as for the betterment of the future of students CBSE has come up with the various changes for the year 2019.

CBSE class 10th theory examinations of 80 marks will be taken by the board. On the other hand, the internal paper will be taken by your respective school authorities. The internal marks will be provided on the basis of the assessment marks of the project work, homework, attendance, practicals etc.

CBSE will keep its eye on the marks of Internal exam 2019

It is mandatory for class 10 students to score the passing marks separately in the theory and the internal exams. As, this time CBSE will strictly access the marks provided to the students in the internal examinations. Especially marks of those students who will score the less in the theory examinations while more in the internal examinations.

CBSE class 10th and class 12th examinations for session 2019, will start from the month of February. The entire schedule of the examinations will be released by this week, as per the reports. The result of the main exams include the re-evaluation result will release a bit earlier in 2019.

The efforts of CBSE for improving the examination scheme are really appreciable. So, guys keep your focus on your preparation and get yourself ready for the new upcoming challenges. As “hardships often prepare an ordinary person for an extraordinary destiny”.

All the Best!
