For the first time, the exam conducting body for CAT 2018, IIM Calcutta, has started a registration process for Non-IIM Institutions interested to avail CAT 2018 scores for admitting students to their Post Graduate Programme for 2019-2021 Batch.
IIM Calcutta has released the MOU and the application form for the Non-IIMs at its official website. The Non-IIMs who are interested to avail the CAT 2018 score for admission have to submit the application form by July 25, 2018.

How To Register For Using CAT 2018 Scores (For Non-IIMs)
To obtain CAT 2018 Non-IIM Membership for use of CAT scores by Non-IIM Institutions, they first have to download the MOU and the application form. The Institutions have to pay the registration fee at the account detail as given in the MOU. Then fill up the Application Form and MOU and send the scanned copies duly filled-in, signed and stamped along with the required enclosures over Institutions email. Lastly, the Institutes have to send duly filled-in, signed and stamped MOU (two copies), Application Form (single copy) in original and other supporting documents (hard copies) as specified in MOU and Application Form to Admissions Office of IIM Calcutta.

The Institutions which will register for availing the CAT 2018 score for admission, will receive Section-wise scaled score, and percentile of individual candidates, total scaled score, and percentile of individual candidates.
Fee
Those Institutions which have already registered for CAT 2017 has to pay a non-refundable Annual fee of Rs.2,25,000/- plus 18% GST. The fee is to be paid through Bank transfer. Institutions which have not registered for CAT 2017, have to pay a one-time non-refundable Membership Fee of Rs.75,000/- and an Annual Fee of Rs.2,25,000/-, totaling the amount to Rs.3,00,000/-.
Documents to be submitted by the Non-IIMs
The non-IIM institutes must submit a copy of their accreditation certificate issued by MHRD or AICTE or another equivalent statutory accreditation body. The B-schools which are in the process of acquiring accreditation also may seek membership for availing CAT 2018 scores.
Whereas, those Institutes which are registered as University, either incorporated by an act of Parliament or State Legislatures in India, or declared to be deemed as a university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or by any law in the respective country of registration, and any institute affiliated to such university must submit a copy of documentary evidence in support of their claim.
Furnish a copy of their programme brochure/pamphlet for our record (Either of the current year or previous year). Furnish a copy of their newspaper advertisement pertaining to their admission notification to CAT Centre 2018.
Send a letter of acceptance of terms and conditions with a duly signed copy of the other document. All of the above documents should be submitted at the following address:
