Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has released the Bihar Board 12th Compartment Examination 2019 on May 28, 2019, at 12:30 pm, through a press conference. The result for the same is available on the official website- bsebinteredu.in. As per the reports, 82.42% of students have passed the examinations. Bihar Board has released the result for the Science, Commerce, and Arts stream.
Firstly, visit the official website. Click on “Intermediate Special cum Compartment Examination Result 2019 Link 1/Link 2” link. When you click on the link, you will be redirected to the new page of login. On that page, you need to enter your roll code and roll number in the space provided on the page. After filling the details, click on the “Search” button. Your result will appear on the screen. You can check and download it for future purposes.
Remember, the roll code and the registration number must be the same as provided on your admit card.
The board conducted a class 12 compartment examination from May 01 t0 10, 2019. A total of 86,580 candidates appeared for the compartment examination. However, 8029 candidates cleared the exam with first division. 60,975 candidates qualified the exam by securing the second division. Moreover, 6093 candidates hold the third division in the compartment examination. 16,246 candidates were still not able to qualify the compartment examination.
The Education Minister, Krishna Nandan Prasad Verma, has declared the compartment examination through a press conference. However, the overall pass percentage for the class 12 compartment examination is 82.42%. The overall pass percentage for Arts stream is 82.26%. That of Science and Commerce stream is 82.72% and 77.25% respectively.
To obtain the first division, the candidates were supposed to score at least 300 marks. For the second division, the candidates needed to score 225 marks. In order to pass the examination, the candidates needed to score a minimum of 30 percent marks in theory examination and 40 percent marks in practical examination.
In 2019 also, Bihar Board opted for the lenient marking scheme. If any candidate has written the right answer to the question, he/she will be provided with the full marks irrespective of the subjects. Moreover, the candidates will be awarded the marks if they have provided the right steps for the question.
Compartment examination is the second chance provided to the students in order to clear the exams with the passing marks. All those students who able to pass the subject in the compartment exams need not drop a year and continue for the go for further studies.
