Bureau of Pharma Public Sector Undertakings of India (BPPI) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment into various managerial and executive posts. The vacancies are advertised through detailed advertisement number 05/2020. It can be downloaded, along with the appended proforma of the application form from the official website i.e. janaushadhi.gov.in. Candidates must note that the appointment to the advertised posts is on a contractual basis for a period of one to three years. The extension of the contractual employment is decided on the basis of the performance of individual candidates at their appointed positions. In case a candidate leaves the organisation after appointment during the initial three months probation period, he/she is held liable to compensate BPPI by paying liquidated damages amounting to six months’ consolidated pay.
The selection of eligible candidates is to be done initially on the basis of their qualifications, experience, and other eligibility conditions as furnished in the application form. BPPI may adopt their own shortlisting criteria for the initial screening of eligible applicants. Applicants who are shortlisted are eligible to appear in the selection interviews. All documents in their original and photocopies must be carried to the interview venue when called for the interview.
