The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has not yet released the final admit cards for the annual examination for the inter level. As per the latest reports, more than 3000 schools and colleges have filled the examination forms but have not deposited the registration and examination fees. BSEB has now declared that unless the fees of these students are deposited, it will not release the admit cards. In that case, around three lakh students may have to bear the brunt of the mistake made by schools and colleges.
Exam Dates
As of now, BSEB has provided time up to December 18 to deposit the fees keeping in mind the interest of the students. The examinations will be held from February 01 to 14, 2022, but before that, the practical exams will be conducted from January 10 to 20, 2022. For class 10, the examinations will be conducted from February 17 to 24, 2022. As per sources, the admit cards are expected to be released before the commencement of the practical examinations, i.e. by the first week of January 2022.
The dummy admit cards were released earlier and students got a chance to make corrections till December 06, 2021. Rectifications were allowed for fields such as subject code, name, parent’s name, date of birth, etc. The dummy admit cards were also sent to the registered mobile numbers of the students.
Now, it is predicted that in case the schools and colleges deposit the due fees by December 18 to BSEB, then the Board will release the admit cards very soon. This makes it very likely for the admit cards to be available by the end of December 2021. Nonetheless, it is just a speculation and nothing is confirmed at this point.
BSEB has not posted any official update yet. It is likely to give an official announcement regarding the availability of admit cards after December 18. Patna holds the highest number of students (30,000) whose fees are left to be deposited to the board. Reportedly, 209 schools from Patna have failed to deposit the examination and registration fees to BSEB. Other than that, more than a hundred schools and colleges in the districts of Jamui, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Nalanda, Rohtas, Saran, Siwan, Vaishali, Bhojpur, etc. have not deposited the fees yet.
In case the schools fail to do the required, then it might have a great impact on the forthcoming examinations. Even if the dummy admit cards have been released and corrected, it’s the final admit cards that matter for the examinations. Students and guardians must keep an eye on biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in to stay up-to-date with any official updates regarding this matter.
