Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) is soon, going to announce the TS Inter 1st Year results 2021. Although the exact date for the result declaration is yet to be announced, several reports had earlier claimed that it will come out on December 16, 2021. However, this did not happen. There is still a heightened possibility of the scorecards being released in the next 2-3 days. With that being said, students need to know the exact website for the result declaration.
Students can expect the TS Inter 1st Year Results 2021 to be announced on the official website tsbie.cgg.gov.in. Once announced, the result link will be activated on the homepage. Students can check their results by clicking on this link and entering their login credentials. These include registration number, roll number or date of birth, etc.
Additionally, the TS Inter 1st Year Results in 2021 may also be released on the website results.gov.in. So, if the first website does not work owing to too much traffic, students can use this alternative website for checking their exam scores.
To pass the TS Inter 1st Year 2021 exam, students need to score a minimum percentage or cut-off marks. Only then will they be promoted to the next stage. In this case, students need to score at least 35% marks in the exam to be considered ‘pass’. However, certain relaxation has been given to blind students whereby they need to score only 25% marks in the intermediate exam.
While awaiting the TS Inter 1st Year Results 2021, students can take a look at the overall pass percentage of previous years. This is to get a brief idea of this year’s results and predict what may unfold, in terms of the pass percentage.
In the case of 2021, all students were declared ‘pass’ due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So naturally, the passing percentage was 100%. However, in 2020, girls performed better than the boys and outshone them, with a pass percentage of 67.47%. However, boys had an overall pass percentage of 52.31%. A clear 15% difference is visible in the gender statistics.
A similar situation happened the year before, wherein girls performed better than the boys. However, the overall pass percentage was 62.35%. Of course, looking at the trends, one can predict this year’s pass percentage to range between 60-65%. However, this will be subjected to the difficulty level of the paper, the total number of students, performance in each paper, etc.
Direct Link to check the TS Inter 1st Year Results 2021 is at tsbie.cgg.gov.in. Similarly, students can also visit results.gov.in to check the results.
