The Banaras Hindu University has announced the results for UET and PET 2018. Candidates can check their result using their login ID and password. The results have been announced for the admission to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate exam conducted through the BH UET 2018 and BHU PET 2018. The students who will qualify the examination will get admission in the UG courses such as BA, B.com, B.sc. and PG courses such as MA, Mom and M.sc. With clearing the examination the doors to the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Commerce and Institute of Science get open.

First, the students who will be having higher marks in the qualifying examination will be ranked higher.
For the Bsc programme, the students having higher marks in the science subjects will be given the higher rank. For the BHU PET 2018 exam. If the tie persists, the marks of the concerned subject will be taken into account for but if the tie still persists, the marks of 10+2 will be given preference.
If the tie persists, the students will be getting a higher rank on the basis of age. The candidate higher in age will be given more preference and will be given the higher rank.
What after the results are announced? Well, the students who will clear the UET and PET exam will be issued call letter. The call letter will be issued as per the rank and category of the candidate. This call letter will be used for the seat allotment and the candidates have to attend the counseling on time. The students will have to attend the counseling in the online mode and do the choice filling and follow the seat allotment procedure. The seat of such candidate will be given to the next candidate.
