Sri Aurobindo College invites the online application for the recruitment of the assistant professor. Eligible candidates can fill the form against a total of 77 vacancies in an online mode. The vacancies have arisen in 14 departments.

For the recruitment process, there are two websites. One is the college website which is aurobindo.du.ac.in and other is the common website for applications, colrec.du.ac.in. For the advertisement and job position-related information, candidates have to refer to the former website. While for applying for the announced post one has to visit the latter website.
Application forms are available online on colrec.du.ac.in. The form will be active until the last date. As per the notification released, last date of receipt of the form is within 2 weeks of the publication of a notification in the employment news. To register on the web portal, email id, mobile number and password are required. The confirmation will be then sent on the registered email id. To apply one need to log in again using the registered email id and password.
Sri Aurobindo College, DU, will pay the selected candidates as an assistant professor Rs. 57,700 per month under the level 10 pay matric in accordance with the 7th pay central pay commission. Along with the pay, candidates will also get allowances as applicable.
The college is located in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, near Qutab Minar. It is near to Ari Aurobindo Ashram, IIT Delhi, and also the Qutab Institutional Area. This institution was founded in the year 1972 under the University of Delhi, and since then, it has grown in leaps and bounds. Earlier this year, the college was in news when students of SAC signed an undertaking for mandatory attendance, wherein the students were sensitized about the policy of 67% attendance. Last year the college had sent nearly 1,400 letters to parents of students who had short attendance. Students were also detained from their college exams due to shortfall in attendance.
