Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited of Andhra Pradesh (AP) Limited has released a short notification for the recruitment of eligible male candidates in 2021. APEPDCL is inviting online applications from candidates fitting the eligibility criteria to fill up vacancies for more than 300 posts of Energy Assistants. As per the short notification published by the APEPDCL on major dailies, the online application process is set to begin on August 30, 2021, on the official website.
Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited or APEPDCL has announced 398 vacancies to be filled up this year by the recruitment of eligible candidates. The vacancies are available for the post of Energy Assistant (Junior Lineman Group II). The vacancies are available under the company and after recruitment, candidates will be posted on villages/ward secretariats that are covered under the service area of APEPDCL. Based on the previous recruitment drive for the post of Junior Lineman (JLM) by the AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited, the minimum educational qualification required in order to apply is a Class 10 pass. Besides, applicants must also have completed an ITI course in the Electrical/Wireman trade. APEPDCL has already confirmed that only male candidates are eligible for this recruitment. It may be noted that candidates within the age of 18 to 35 years may apply (based on previous recruitment advertisement).
Post selection and appointment, candidates are paid a consolidated salary of Rs 15000 per month and the recruitment contract is made for a period of 02 years.
