Medical Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh is inviting applications to fill up vacancies for the post of Research Scientist-I. 05 contractual vacancies for the aforementioned posts are advertised by the Medical Education Department in an official recruitment notification released at kadapa.ap.gov.in. Suitably qualified candidates fulfiling the eligibility criteria are invited to apply offline on prescribed proforma from January 18 to 20, 2021. The applications must be submitted at the Principal’s office in GMC, Kadapa.
The vacancies are available for the posts of Research Scientist-I (Medical) and Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical). There are 02 vacancies available for the Medical post and 03 for the Non-Medical post. Candidates appointed to the Medical Research Scientist-I post are entitled to get a fixed monthly salary of Rs 65000. On the other hand, Non-Medical Research Scientist-I post holders are entitled to receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs 60000.
AP Medical Education Department Research Scientist Recruitment 2021 Official Notification
Candidates are advised to read the notification carefully before submitting their applications. One must ensure that the fulfil the specified minimum eligibility conditions before applying. Those who are intending to apply for the Medical posts must have MD/DNB Microbiology qualification obtained from the Medical Council of India. The degree must be first class. Candidates who have an MBBS degree from any MCI recognized Medical College along with 03 years of research experience are also eligible to apply for this post.
Those who have a first class MSC degree in Medical Microbiology/Virology/Microbiology/Macular Biology/Life Sciences are eligible to apply for the Non-Medical posts. Candidates who have a second class MSC degree along with a PhD qualification in Medical Microbiology/Virology/Microbiology/Macular Biology/Life Sciences are also eligible to apply for the Non-Medical post.
It may be noted that certain desirable qualifications are also indicated by the Medical Education Department. Candidates must check the complete details of the eligibility criteria before submitting their applications. Candidates who have MD qualification are to be preferred for Direct Recruitment.
Applications must be filled up in the prescribed proforma which is available for download at the website kadapa.ap.gov.in. Applications in any other format are not accepted for this recruitment. Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done on the basis of merit only.
Candidates must fill up the application form in the proforma provided and enclose attested copies of specified documents. It may be noted that any request for enclosing missing documents in later stages is not accepted. Completely filled up applications, along with the necessary enclosures must be submitted at the Office of Principal, GMC, Kadapa between 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM in person or through registered post. Applications will not be accepted after the last date i.e. January 20, 2021.
