Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa has published a latest recruitment notification to fill up 05 contractual vacancies for various non-teaching posts. The notification is released at the official website of the University i.e. yogivemanauniversity.ac.in. Candidates are invited to apply through registered post by sending duly filled up applications along with enclosure of specified documents. The last date of receipt of the applications by post is February 12, 2021, till 05.00 PM.
The vacancies are available for the posts of Medical Officer, Staff Nurse and other paramedical positions. There is a single vacancy available for each of the posts of Junior Medical Officer, Lab Technician and Pharmacist. On the other hand, 02 vacancies are available for the post of Staff Nurse (1 Male and 1 Female). Selected candidates are to be appointed at the designated posts purely on a contract basis.
Appointed candidates are to be paid a fixed monthly salary depending on the post. For Medical Officer post, the monthly salary is Rs 53,495 while for Staff Nurse post, the monthly salary is Rs 22,500. Candidates appointed to the post of Lab Technician and Pharmacist are entitled to receive a monthly salary of Rs 19,019.

Applicants are advised to read the notification and ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria before submitting their applications. Candidates intending to apply for the post of Medical Officer must have an MBBS degree approved by the Medical Council of India. In addition, applicants must be registered with the AP Medical Council. Similarly, for Staff Nurse post, applicants must have GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification and registration with the AP Nursing Council.
Candidates intending to apply for the post of Lab Technician must have completed Class 10 along with a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. In addition, applicants have completed 2 years Intermediate Vocational course in DMLT and one-year clinical training in selected Government Hospital. Diploma in Pharmacy qualified candidates who have three years of experience or B.Pharm candidates who have at least 1-year experience is eligible to apply for the post of Pharmacist.
The age of the applicants cannot be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years as on July 01, 2020. This means that applicants must be born between the dates of July 02, 1978 and July 01, 2020. Relaxations on the upper age limit are applicable for candidates belonging to special reserved categories. Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully for the complete eligibility conditions before applying.
