Before downloading the hall tickets, candidates are advised to check the name, date of birth, gender, category, name of the test centre and examination date and timings carefully. The hall ticket is a very important document that the candidates must carry on the day of the examination. In fact, both the hall tickets and the online application form must be affixed with a recent coloured photograph. Further, these documents should be attested by a Gazetted officer or by the Principal of the college which they have attended.
Candidates must keep the hall tickets in their safe custody. In case the document is tampered with, it might lead to the disqualification of the candidate. On the day of the examination, the candidates have to carry the hall ticket, the online application form, a ball-point pen and an attested copy of the caste certificate (if applicable). They will only be allowed entry into the examination room/hall after producing the hall tickets. In case a candidate does not possess the hall ticket, then they will not be permitted to sit for the examination.
The seats of the candidates will be allotted as per their hall ticket numbers. Candidates must carefully check for their allotted seats and sit only at the designated spot. However, if a candidate has any queries regarding the Computer Based Examinations (CBT), they must contact the helpline numbers available on sche.ap.gov.in.
