Centre for International Relations, Anna University has finally started with its application process for candidates belonging to Children of Indian Workers of Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Foreign National (FN) categories. Such candidates can apply for various BE, B. Tech and M.Sc. Integrated courses under Anna University Admission 2019, on cir.annauniv.edu. The last date to submit the online application is June 07, 2019.
There are 4 application steps, that needs to be completed by a candidate, namely creating a login, further logging in to complete the application form and upload necessary documents, checking the form status and finally downloading the counseling letter. All candidates must also note that the application form needs to be filled in English language only. For hassle-free form filling, a candidate is advised to prior keep the following documents handy, as the details related to the qualifying exam, birth certificate, passport, and visa of candidate’s parents.
Over the second step of form filling, a candidate is further required to complete 4 actions. And those are – making the payment of the registration fee, filling up the application form, uploading the documents and printing the confirmation receipt. The registration fee for these category candidates is 200 US Dollars, which needs to be paid using Debit Card or Credit Card. Additional gateway charges applicable, if any, needs to be borne by the candidates.
As per the specifications for the documents, that needs to be uploaded are concerned, both the photograph as well as the signature needs to be uploaded in jpg format. While necessary documents and certificates need to be uploaded in PDF format and the file size should be between 256 KB to 2 MB.
The scanned image of the photograph must lie between 25 KB to 100 KB and the scanned image of the signature must lie between 10 KB to 50 KB. At any point of form filling, a candidate is advised not to refresh/ reload the page. A candidate will find his/ her application as activated once it has been fully completed and submitted and further the application fee has been successfully submitted to the CIR, Anna University. All of these instructions need to be kept in mind, as filling of wrong or false information (consciously/ unconsciously) will lead to rejection of the candidature.
A candidate is further called for counseling round to verify the details, filled over the Anna University Admission 2019 application form for CIWGC, NRI, FN. For FN category candidates, counseling is scheduled to be conducted on June 17, 2019, whereas for CIWGC and NRI category candidates, counseling round has been scheduled on June 18, 2019.
