Allahabad High Court is inviting online applications from the eligible candidates to fill the vacant posts of Advocates. Applicants interested in the recruitment can download the notification from the official website, allahabadhighcourt.in. As per the notification, the recruitment is announced for the 98 vacant posts of Advocates. The online registrations will commence from January 20, 2021. Eligible and intending applicants can apply for Allahabad High Court advocate recruitment before the last date which is February 19, 2021.
The recruitment for Advocates is announced by Allahabad High Court to fill the vacant posts to the Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service. Out of the total vacancies, 87 vacancies are freshly announced (SC -18, ST – 01, OBC – 23 and Unreserved – 45). However, the remaining 11 vacancies are of reserved category of the recruitment year 2009. These are added in the current recruitment drive in pursuance of the direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court. Under this recruitment, the newly appointed Advocate get a monthly salary of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070.
To submit applications for this recruitment, a candidate should be an Advocate of not less than 07 years of continuous practice. They must have attained the minimum age limit of 35 years. Their age should not be more than that of 45 years as on January 01, 2021. However, the upper age limit is relaxable for the reserved categories as per the reservation policy. Up to 03 years are relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh state only.
The online applications for Allahabad High Court Recruitment will start next year. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through allahabadhighcourt.in website. While applying, candidates have to make sure that details such as candidate’s name, personal details, contact details and educational qualification are correct. Once done, they have to take a clear print out of the filled application form. The last date to take a print of the submitted application form is February 22, 2021 till 11:59 PM.
The hard copy of the application form should be sent with the documents to the concerned Judges. Advocates who are practising within Uttar Pradesh have to submit the form before the District and Sessions Judge of District or the Registrar General, High Court Allahabad or the Senior Registrar, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow before February 27, 2021. Candidates practising outside UP have to obtain requisite forwarding by the District and Sessions Judge of District or the Registrar General, Registrar High Court/ Secretary General of Supreme Court. The filled form should be forwarded to Registrar (J), Selection and Appointment/ Seniority, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad before March 26, 2021.
