The registration process for the Dr A. P. J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is scheduled to begin today i.e., March 18, 2021. UPSEE 2021 shall be conducted for seeking admission in colleges affiliated with the university. For the first time, National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to organise the entrance exam this year, on behalf of the university. Hence, the application process shall be conducted on the official website of NTA i.e., nta.ac.in.
According to reports, AKTU UPSEE 2021 registration process shall begin from today, March 18, 2021. By qualifying this examination, candidates can seek admission to prestigious colleges affiliated with the university. Moreover, they shall be able to pursue courses like B.Pharm, B. Pharm (Lateral Entry), BFA, BFAD, B.Voc, MCA, MCA (integrated), MBA (lateral entry), and many more undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
University has also clarified that for the first time, UPSEE 2021 shall be conducted by NTA. Hence, the application process shall also be conducted through the agency. Interested candidates can apply for the entrance examination on the official website of NTA i.e., nta.ac.in. However, no notice about these developments was issued by the university officials on their official website.
Candidates seeking admission for courses like B.Tech and Management must appear for entrance exams like JEE and CMAT. Scores of these exams shall be considered during the admission process. Since these exams are conducted by the NTA, candidates have to invariably register for the respective exam on nta.ac.in.
AKTU issued an important public notice on their official website upsee.nic.in. The notice was addressed to candidates willing to seek admission for a B.Tech course in colleges affiliated with the university. According to the notice, admission to engineering colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh shall be done based on the candidate’s JEE Main 2021 scores. This exam is conducted on a national-level by NTA.
The notice further clarified that candidates seeking admission for engineering have to give only one exam i.e., JEE Main 2021. Moreover, UPSEE shall not be conducted here on for engineering aspirants. They further advised candidates to download the ‘National Test Abhyaas’ application available on the Google Play store free of cost. Moreover, certain schools headed by the university are also providing free coaching to students appearing for JEE Main 2021. This is done for students who cannot afford coaching and study material to prepare for the examination.
UPSEE 2021 for all other courses shall be conducted soon and the application process for the entrance exam is scheduled to begin soon. Candidates are advised to visit the official website upsee.nic.in constantly for important updates and for clarifying any queries about the exam.
