National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the JEE Main 2019 Exam in the month of January for the first time. The JEE Main 2019 exam dates are January 08, 09, 10, 11, and 12, 2019. NTA has issued the JEE Main 2019 Admit Card on December 17, 2018, online to all the registered candidates.
The first NTA held exam was UGC NET December 2018 that was held on December 18 to 22, 2018. The exam was said to be the most secured exam of the country so far.
The next NTA held examination is going to be JEE Main 2019 January Exam. Now, since UGC NET December 2018 exam was secured using live feeds and were monitored in real-time at the NTA headquarters in Noida, it is expected the JEE Main 2019 exam will be treated in the same manner.
There were live CCTV cameras installed at the centres for live monitoring. Tjis was first time ever that the exam centres were monitored live. Apart from that 4,000 jammers were also put in place.
The examinations are said to be monitored at 3 levels – centre, state and headquarters. For this purpose, 24 state coordinators, 295 city coordinators and 742 observers were positioned.
For the JEE Main 2019 January Exam the admit card has been issued on December 17, 2018. The admit cards are now available at nta.ac.in or at jeemain.nic.in. The admit card of JEE Main 2019 is must to enter the exam centres and appear in the exam.

The admit card is to be carried with a valid photo id proof for verification a valid photo id proof can be PAN Card, Driving License, Voter Id, Passport, Aadhaar card, E-Aadhar, Ration Card, Aadhar Enrollment Number with Photo.

JEE Main 2019 Exam is 2 weeks away
The candidates have to reach the exam centres 1 hour before the exam start time. The frisking and verification process will be done at the exam centres and the gates once closed will not be reopened under any circumstances.
The dress code for the exam has not been specified by NTA, however, the candidates have to follow some norms like avoiding attires with lots of pockets, avoiding any metallic elements in their dresses, not wearing any
About 9.65 lakh candidates are going to appear in the January exam. NTA is conducting the exam for the first time. JEE Main 2019 is now going to be conducted twice a year and in online mode only.
