West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has concluded the WBJEE 2022 paper 2 examination today. The WBJEE exam was conducted in two-phase, paper 1 from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm and the second paper from 2 pm to 4 pm. The examination has been conducted today for those who wish to take admission in engineering and technology, pharmacy, and architecture.
WBJEE 2022 Paper 2 Exam Analysis
Paper 2 of WBJEE has questions from two subjects i.e. Physics and Chemistry. Each subject accounted for 40 questions and was held for a duration of 2 hours. The examination was conducted in the offline mode with the nature of the question being multiple choice based. The board has also released the category wise marking scheme for the examination. As per that, no negative marking is applicable for wrong answers. However, the questions that fall in category 1 carry 1 mark and those that fall in category 2 account for 2 marks.
WBJEE 2022 Answer Key and Solution
Minutes after the examination has been over, teachers and academicians have started to solve the papers for WBJEE 2022 and posted the same on their respective Youtube channels. These answer keys comprise correct answers to questions asked in the examination today. Candidates can resort to these for getting a quick insight into the difficulty level of the WBJEE 2022 exam. Also, apart from the unofficial answer key, the board will make the official answer keys available on the official website soon. Although, no official date has been announced for the same as of now an official update is expected soon.

Once the answer key of WBJEE 2022 is available, the candidates must compare the answers marked in the answer key against the questions mentioned on the paper 2 question paper. Further, the marking scheme can be used to deduce the probable marks scored in the exam.
Candidates who successfully clear the WBJEE examination shall stand a chance to participate in the counselling round conducted by the colleges. In this, they can fill out the counselling form and get admission to the preferred college and course on the basis of the ranks scored in the examination.
