Urban Development and Housing Department is conducting the recruitment process for the State Mission Manager, City Mission Manager and Community Organizer. Aspirants who are interested in the recruitment can download the notification in this regard from the official website, recruitment.jharkhand.gov.in or udhd.jharkhand.gov.in. UDHD has announced a total of 54 vacancies for this recruitment. Applications for the vacant posts can be submitted before September 09, 2020, till 05:00 PM.
The posts of State Mission Manager and City Mission Manager is announced under various disciplines such as HR & Capacity Building, Social Development & Infrastructure, Skills & Livelihoods, Financial Inclusion & Micro Enterprises and MIS & ME. Applicants will be shortlisted on a contractual basis only. Monthly remuneration of Rs. 65,000 – Rs. 75,000/- is offered to State Mission Manager, Rs. 50,000/- – Rs. 60,000/- is provided to City Mission Manager and Rs. 10,000/- is offered to Community Organiser.
Those who are applying for State Mission Manager should possess two years full-time post-graduate diploma in Management/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline. Candidates with graduation degree with 08 years experience in staff recruitment, training and other related works can also apply for this post. Applicants who have passed 10+2 in any discipline who have at least 05 years of work experience in working with the community on social development can apply for Community Organizer post. To apply for City Mission Manager, candidates must have two-year full-time post-graduate diploma in Management/ MBA/ Master in relevant discipline with 05 years of minimum experience or graduation degree with 06 years of experience in relevant fields.

Also, keep the scanned copy of the proof of age, educational qualification, work experience and key competencies, caste certificate, residential certificate ready. Candidates also have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1100/- if applying for State Mission Manager and City Mission Manager and Rs. 500/- for Community Organizer. On successful payment, do take a print out of the payment receipt and application form. Keep the application registration ID and password safe for the entire recruitment procedure.
The selection procedure for UDHD recruitment will be organized through a written test/practical test/ interview; depending on the number of applications. The date, time and venue for the same will be uploaded later on at UDHD website. The list of the shortlisted candidates will also be uploaded on the website, udhd.harkhand.gov.in and recruitment.jharkhand.gov.in. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for the further round of the selection process in Ranchi. After the final appointment, applicants may have to undergo a training programme.
